He started his career by working on some of the first contact center projects at Anderson Consulting and went on to implement solutions at NICE Systems. Michael started his first company in 2009 in the telecommunications field and then created Group Elite in 2012. William Hawley is the Chief Operating Officer for Group Elite, overseeing global operations. In this role Bill is responsible for identifying and leading strategic initiatives for services excellence, marketing and sales. Prior to joining Group Elite, he was a pioneer in the customer journey analytics market at ClickFox, increasing their valuation, as well as the development direction and delivery of their platform. He also served as the SVP of Client Services at NICE Systems where he established a highly profitable service organization that contributed to a significant portion of the company’s annual revenue. Prior to his leadership in the CX technology space, he served as VP of Information Systems at FUSA/Bank One and held various senior leadership positions at MBNA America, acquired by Bank of America. Bill is passionate about customer experience solutions and yes, has a few horses to take care of in the hills of Maryland.

Celina has over 10 years of experience in various industries including retail, professional services, and IT.
