- 2012 Sign on as a NICE partner performing Installations.
- 2013 Sales & Business professionals brought on board to expand capabilities. Team grows to 15.
- 2014 Group Elite Communications expands role with NICE and brings on a team of Professional Service Engineers.
Group Elite grows to a staff of 34.
- 2014 Open Denver, CO Customer Support Center.
